All homes are equipped with the latest in solar technology, either solar shingles or panels, feeding to the grid and battery bank system (i.e. Tesla PowerWall) for all the power you generate on the roof.

Through the solar energy system and Smart devices throughout the home, more energy is captured and converted than is used. With storage in the battery bank and ties to the local power grid, excess is available for the property during an outage and the remainder goes into the electric company’s grid while you pocket the value.

Through our in-community services and Property Management team, maintenance of Smart Devices and network will be tended to in event of outages, updates, etc. Should any of the solar components become damaged through weather events or similar circumstances, the maintenance or repair would be minimal and prompt.
